Backed by just over a decade of machining experience, Mike Monroe (Founder), has worked in several types of industry from the Inland NW to Alaska. From farming, the food industry, metal manufacturing, and practical job shop problem solving.

Mike’s journey started young at the age of 15 where he found his love for cutting metal. He competed at the Idaho State Skills USA machining competition his Sophomore and Junior years of high school and won them both. The rest is history!
